Hector Alex and Carlos were amazing. Not only were they quick polite and careful with our things, they were exactly on our estimated time and budget. Out of the other movers we looked into, Redefyne had the best price and availability around.
They moved us from Portland, OR to SW Washington. Dylan contacted us the day before to see if we had any questions or needed anything at all to prep for our move. The fee for service was extremely fair and less costly than other companies we evaluated. (Redefyne also has better reviews than some of the more costly movers out there .
Tyler and Richard were on time, professional, and able to move my elliptical quickly. They went above and beyond the job and shuffled a few more things for me. From my phone inquiry to the end of the job, Redefyne Moving had great customer service and a reasonable asking price. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Redefyne’s movers were so professional and detailed in moving my furnishings.They exceeded their promises and took great care with my belongings, both in loading and unloading. The same crew did both even though delivery was on the second day. I am very happy I chose them.

I initially found Redefyne Moving from searching on Google for well-reviewed services, but from the start they were above and beyond in their service. They responded quickly to my quote request and highlighted any nuances that my move required, like permits (which they handled) for moving from an apartment in downtown. Thor, Jim, and Ethan came to help me move and they efficiently wrapped all of my furniture with padding to prevent any damage, and they worked to move everything very efficiently! I highly recommend leveraging Redefyne Moving if you want the best service and a worry-free move!

Juan and his crew (Josh and Kyler) did a great job moving me between homes. They took care in carefully wrapping all the furniture and were able to move a couple of the larger and heavier pieces out of my tight townhouse. I highly recommend Redefyne Moving and their crews. Thor, Ethan and Corey were on time and worked diligently for 9 3/4 hours. They carefully wrapped all the furniture and things not in boxes. They were professional and friendly and kind to our dog too. They worked fast and got everything we asked them to take. They even helped unload a hot tub! We would highly recommend Redefyne to anyone and especially any of these 3 great guys!

Everything about this experience was amazing. They made me feel at ease and took on a very big task with our house. Corey and his team helped us with multiple complicated moves and were equally concerned with our equipment and high-end furniture as they were with our stress level. We’ve had Corey and his team running all over downtown Portland and beyond moving heavy, difficult equipment, and carefully wrapping and caring for heirloom furniture through tight spaces and up and down flights of stairs. They utilized many clever tricks of the trade to get seemingly impossible pieces to their final destination. Bailey in the office and the whole team is very patient with our crazy insane moves.
