Moving Company Reviews

I want to express my appreciation to Nancy Lopez for assisting me with my move and storage of my home furnishings. Nancy quickly became more than a relocation specialist — she felt like a trusted friend and advisor throughout the process. If you’re looking for true 5‑star service, Nancy delivers.⭐️

I can’t give enough praise to Tyler, Sam and John who loaded our trailer to go to Georgia. They were so polite, cordial, and Professional. If I use redefine again, I will definitely request those three.

worked with Tyler and Sam today. athey were quick, courteous, efficient the whole time. They treated my dad and his stuff with respect and it was a joy to work with them. 10/10 would work with them again!

From start to finish the Redefyne team was professional, kind, knowledgable, supportive and amazing. Bailey organized the whole move & communicated so beautifully. Then Carlos & Hector made a two day move seamless on every level. They were strong, experienced, kind, punctual, communicative, and truly amazing. Thank you all SO much.

So happy I went with this crew! As stressful as moving can be they made it such a smooth process. Super efficient, careful, super easy to work with, and great attitudes. I can’t recommend Redefyne enough for anyone reading this review. Definitely select this team for your next move you won’t be disappointed.

Wow! Tyler and Richie were amazing and did not stop all day!! 10 hours and final destination of three flights of stairs. They even carried the treadmill up with minimal complaints! Our next move we will ask for these guys!! PS, They deserve a raise!!

Sam and Tyler were the best! They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend Redefyne Moving in the future. They were the least expensive quote, the amount we paid at the end was accurate, and the quoted time was accurate.

Lily helped book our appointment and she guided us through the process expertly and helped us to make sure we’d have everything we’d need. On moving day, Tyler and Sam were excellent. They worked together to move us out of our third story apartment and took great care to not damage our stuff or the apartment building!

Totally stress free when the movers showed up. Four men and two trucks. They unloaded a 40 foot Dry Box on to the trucks and a bedroom full of stuff on to the trucks and delivered to Bellingham Wa. unloading to a retirement home and two storage units. No problems.... Highly recommend Redefyne Moving & Storage to everyone.... Melinda D.

These guys showed up and were complete pros. Had to move some heavy items with flights of stairs and it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend this team. Everything from scheduling to move day communication was wonderful.

Richie and Alex handled my cross town move today and it was such a smooth and friendly experience. There were a couple of small wrenches thrown into the morning and they were both so flexible and easygoing about all of it. They were also super careful with all my stuff and fun to chat with as well. I’ll be recommending Redefyne for sure. Thanks Richie and Alex for making my move day so easy and efficient!

Tyler and Sam were fantastic! Super efficient and made sure everything was packed perfectly and carefully. I highly recommend them and Redefyne Moving. Every person I dealt with at the company was amazing including Saif, the person I scheduled with, and Tyler who called to confirm and remind me to review and sign the estimate.

Tyler and his team did an excellent job on our move today! They were quick and efficient and got the job done faster than the bid. I highly recommend them and would definitely use redefyne again for future moves.

From getting a quote and booking with Nancy, working through load weight concerns with Dylan, to working with Tyler and crew, our move was A plus. Tyler and crew were such hard workers, so careful with our belongings, respectful, and most of all, fun to work with. I would use Redefyne again in a heartbeat!

The 3 man packing crew, led by Blaine, were incredibly fast, friendly, professional and accommodating. They worked hard, asked questions appropriately and were so cooperative, it was like having a few friends in the house. We’re so glad we chose Redefyne!

Absolutely stellar moving company, I am impressed beyond words! Packed up my entire three level house and got it moved into my new place in a day. Excellent care for all of my possessions as well as health and safety, courteous and professional the whole time. Thank y'all so much!

Redefyne Moving moved us from Gresham to Mulino today and what an outstanding job they did. We could not have asked for a better group to move us. From Start to Finish they were excellent. If you need movers, look no further!

Great job!! They were very professional and quick. They laid down door and floor protectors and wrapped all wood and fragile furniture. Service was fantastic. We would use them again in a heart beat. Carlos and Hector are efficient and amazing!

SO happy to recommend Redefyne Moving! Great individuals, positive and helpful attitudes, careful packing, expert disassembly and reassembly of certain items, and overall willingness to help with placement of items in the destination location. The team worked hard for us.We would happily use them again!

UPDATE: I just used Redefyne again in 2026 and Tyler and Alex were amazing!!! Highly recommend. From 2025: Moving is stressful. Redefyne Moving & Storage eliminates that with their professional, highly skilled, and kind team members and customer-obsessed approach to move planning and execution. I recently moved house and seriously underestimated how much was squirreled away in my home and storage locker and another location. Trey, Miguel, and Richard developed a strategy to efficiently inventory and then pack my (complex) move - and all in short time!! Bailey and Dylan were also super helpful in planning and resourcing. The Redefyne team sets a new bar for high-quality customer service at a very reasonable price -- not to mention their super-kind crew members who actually make moving fun and not as stressful. I will use them for all my moves. Highly recommend!
